Can I use Airtable offline?

 

Offline access to Airtable is not currently possible, however there are several options available for exporting your data to access it offline. If you'd like to save your current Airtable records offline, you can export data from Airtable as CSV files. Note that you will need to export attachment files separately.

 

Notion better than Evernote

It's more flexible, appeals to a broader range of use cases, and offers users more integrations with the tools they're already using. Evernote certainly outperforms Notion in some areas such as note-taking. But generally, Notion offers virtually all the same functionality, plus a bit more besides.

 

Notion free to use

Notion is free to use indefinitely. The Personal Plan is completely free for individual use. The Team Plan has a free trial with a 1,000 block limit, more than enough to try out Notion with your team before upgrading.

 

Notion better than trello

The answer is completely dependent on how you plan to use each app. Trello is awesome at project management. Notion is a great all-around tool that allows you to accomplish a variety of things not just project management. if you are looking solely for a project management tool, Trello is probably the better bet.

 

 Google keep like OneNote

OneNote is a note-taking service from Microsoft, while Google Keep also called Keep Notes, is the Google version of OneNote. The purpose is the same, but there are many features which make them different.

 

Airtable cost

The Airtable Pro plan costs $24/user/month on the monthly billing plan and $20/user/month on the annual billing plan.

 

Notion use a lot of data

Apple pencil in notion

Notion does support Apple Pencil, but only as a stylus. This means you can't scribble on a blank canvas within Notion for iOS. You could always compose the entry in Notes for iPad or an aftermarket tool like Notability then import it into Notion using iOS default Share feature. https://www.taskade.com
